1. What we collect
Three buckets:
- Account info. Your name, work email, hashed password, workspace name, and any profile details you add.
- Billing info. Your billing address and tax ID. Card details are handled by our payment processor. We never see your full card number.
- Usage data. Pages you visit, features you use, errors that fire, your IP address, browser, and rough location based on that IP.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from that login.
What you submit
Anything you upload or type into the product (audience briefs, integration credentials, lead notes, CRM exports) is yours. We hold it so the product can work. We do not sell it, license it, or use it to build products for anyone else.
Analytics on public pages
Optional Google Analytics helps us understand visits to our public pages and interest in guides, plans, sample leads, and demos. We load it only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Only necessary” keeps essential site features available. Our explicit analytics events do not include the text you enter into a demo form, account identifiers, or URL query strings and fragments. Google receives network information when its analytics service is used.
Your preference is stored in this browser. Use the “Cookie settings” control in the footer to change it. Account authentication and service operations use their own necessary storage and are separate from optional marketing analytics.
2. Why we collect it
- To run the service and deliver leads to your account.
- To charge you and meet tax requirements.
- To stop abuse and keep accounts secure.
- To fix bugs and improve the product.
- To answer your support questions.
- To send product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We use third-party infrastructure providers to host the service, send emails, process payments, and run search and analysis. We pick providers with reasonable security, sign data-protection contracts with them, and only hand over the data they need to do their job.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for cross-site ad tracking. If you want the current list of providers we use, email spielewoym@gmail.com and we'll send it over.
We will hand over data if a court or competent authority compels us to, or if we have to in order to protect the service or other users. Where the law allows, we will tell you first.
4. Public posts we index
The product surfaces leads from posts people publish in public on the open web, social platforms, and forums. When we pull a post that contains personal data (a username, the post text, a profile bio), we treat it carefully:
- We only keep what is needed to identify the signal and draft a reply.
- We do not collect sensitive categories such as health, biometric, racial, political, sexual orientation, or religion data, and we instruct our providers not to either.
- If someone asks us to remove a post about them, we will, within thirty days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- We respect platform robots files, opt-out lists, and takedown notices, and stop indexing sources when asked.
To request removal, email spielewoym@gmail.com with the link to the post.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account is open, plus up to 24 months after closure, longer if law requires.
- Your uploads: while your account is open. After cancellation we offer a one-time export, then delete from production. Backups roll off within 90 days.
- Logs and telemetry: up to 13 months.
- Billing records: up to 10 years, as required by tax and accounting law.
6. Security
We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest, use role-based access for staff, rotate keys, scan dependencies, and log access. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you without undue delay.
7. Cookies
We use three kinds of cookies:
- Required: login, security, load balancing. Blocking these breaks the product.
- Preferences: remember your settings like theme and language.
- Analytics: aggregate usage. Where the law requires consent, we ask first.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Where the law gives you these rights, you can ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you,
- correct anything wrong,
- delete it,
- stop using it for direct marketing,
- hand it back to you in a portable format,
- withdraw any consent you gave us.
Email spielewoym@gmail.com to use any of these. We will reply within a month. If you are in the EU or UK and we get it wrong, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Where we process data on behalf of one of our customers (you signed up through a workspace), we will forward your request to that customer, who is responsible for handling it.
9. California residents
If you live in California, you have the right to know what we collect, ask us to delete it, correct what is wrong, opt out of any sale or sharing of your data, and limit our use of sensitive data. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-site behavioural ads. To use any California right, email spielewoym@gmail.com. We will not treat you differently for asking.
10. Children
The product is not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete the account.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
